This month’s Motivation Monday video interview features Alison Koenka, a post-doctoral motivation researcher at the Ohio State University. Our graduate student interviewer, Patrick Beymer, talks with Alison about her research as well  as how to make a post-doc successful. We are also excited that Alison has agreed to head up a new committee focused on the needs of early career scholars doing motivation research.
