The Motivation SIG Early Career Researcher Committee is excited to announce that we will be hosting our second “Early Career Conversation.” The purpose of these conversations is to facilitate online discussions between 5-6 ECRs and other scholars in the field, which will focus on navigating life as an early career researcher. This conversation will be called “Strategies for Supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as an Early-Career Motivation Scholar” and it will be hosted by Nayssan Safavian and DeLeon Gray. The conversation will be held via Zoom (i.e., video conferencing) on Friday, February 22nd at 1:00 pm PST/3:00 CST/4:00 pm EST.
