Congratulations to 2017 Paul R. Congratulations to the 16 Student Travel Award winners who had first-authored work accepted for presentation at AERA.

Graduate Student Motivation Mentor Program: Each year the Motivation SIG gives new students an opportunity to connect with other students who have previously attended AERA to get helpful tips navigating the conference and to build relationships with other students. Students were paired primarily based on research interests and guidelines were provided to both mentors and mentees to guide their meetings. We thank our 2017 mentors: Stuart Karabenick, Patrick Beymer, Emily Bovee, Shannon Brady, Ken Butler, Jeesoo Lee, You-kyung Lee, Amanda Radil, Emily Rosenzweig, and Jessica Vandenberg.  If you're interested in participating in the 2018 mentoring program, contact Carly Champagne:

Lunch with a Motivation Researcher: This year, the six illustrious researchers who hosted lunches with selected graduate students are: Bernie Weiner, Judith Harackiewicz, Reinhard Pekrun, Mimi Bong, Julie Turner, and Akane Zusho. We thank these scholars for agreeing to have lunch!
